I am delighted to announce my latest collection of 'Traces of Flora' are on display with Future Icons at their pop up gallery in Burlington Arcade, London.
During the Spring /Summer of 2020 I developed a new range of artworks in response to the new way of life we were experiencing. Taking inspiration from daily walks past blossoming spring gardens and flourishing wild flowers in the parks.
This collection of 12 unique floral studies each hold a memory of a moment in lockdown. Poppies growing from cracks in pavements, wild yellow iris and bluebells from a woodland walks. I would sketch these florals in the evenings on my sewing machine, reflecting on the beauty of nature and those precious moments outside. Available as a set of 12 the collection is exclusive to this event.
